About Avon Toastmasters in Christchurch
Avon Toastmasters has been around since 1974, Avon has helped hundreds of people reach their goals of becoming more confident public speakers and leaders. Present or past members have won numerous local and national speech contests and held many District (National) leadership roles. All members started their journey from becoming a guest at their first meeting.
Avon is proud of their laid back culture. Each meeting is relaxed, entertaining and productive. Each member is encouraged to be themselves, have a go and try new things. Everyone learns from each other at Avon.
